Your tasks:

  • Kaufmännische Steuerung und Koordination internationaler Großprojekte während der Angebots-, Ausschreibungs- und Ausführungsphase
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Budgets, Cashflow und Risiken zur Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolgs
  • Analyse von Projektkosten, Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Kaufmännische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften und Projektteams
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Forecasts, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

Your profile:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, International Business, Finanzmanagement, des Bauingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Bauindustrie
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Projekt-, Kalkulations- und Vertragsmanagement sowie kommerziellen Risiken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP; Erfahrung mit Budgetierungssoftware ist wünschenswert
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und weltweite Reisebereitschaft für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Projektteams und Tochtergesellschaften
