Your tasks:

Einführung, Implementierung und Schulung neuer Prozesse und Standards im technischen Projektcontrolling
Sicherstellung einer transparenten Ergebnisplanung durch die Zusammenführung technischer, kaufmännischer und vertraglicher Projektdaten
Operatives Projektcontrolling einschließlich Forecasts, Analysen, Reporting und wirtschaftlicher Projektsteuerung
Mitarbeit im Risiko-, Chancen- und Claimmanagement zur frühzeitigen Identifikation und Bewertung von Projektrisiken
Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Geschäftsführung, Projektleitung, Kalkulation und kaufmännischen Bereichen

Your profile:

Langjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Innendienst, in der Angebotsbearbeitung oder im technischen Projektmanagement der Bauindustrie
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische, kaufmännische und vertragliche Zusammenhänge
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in RIB iTWO und Candy
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie fließende Englisch- und Spanischkenntnisse
Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke
